Soon benefits, FMLA, safety regulations, standardized processes, and engineers along with an unquenchable thirst for more will ensure that their money is distributed globally.  When the American business owners stop using this recession as leverage against their remaining employees and venture into business with boldness, efficiency, and a little creativity then i believe they will dig us all back out of this hole.
