Hi All.
I have had an inquiry about drywall screws.The order is for a large North American building supply depot that only sells to contractors.
They are getting off shore junk now and are seeking a North American Manufacturer.The problems that they are dealling with are
1 Heads are breaking off
2 Screws are rusting in boxes
3 They do not start easily-some not at all.

One place to start might be with the nice folks who own Columbia Taping Tools in Surrey, British Columbia. I bought some nice Davenports abd Acmes from them a few years ago and they are natives in that drywall world. They might know the ins and outs of the screws. Sorry, I could not neglect the pun.
I found them on Google at 604-532-8758.
If you could find best in show to duplicate or surpass you might get the job.
