I was hoping someone could help me with a problem. I am using a Tsugami BW 12 swiss to turn a 6AL/4V Ti part .5 mm at the tip back 1.25mm then neck down to.3mm for a run of 14mm to a diameter of .6mm, My problem is when I bring my back turning tool down to the .3 diameter it just tears off the larger .5 diameter tip.
Any suggestions or comments would be most helpful.
