What control is it?

You need to find the X-axis grid shift parameter and change it.

I just bought a hatachi seiki ht23j cnc lathe. My problem is the workshift for the X axis is off by .127. I can't figure out how to change this, and its a pain putting it in my offsets everytime. It came with manuals but for an older controll. Is there some place I could call for help, or buy a manual somewhere. Any help would be highly appreciated.
